Because we are the most responsive auto service provider in the region.

With an appointment, we can typically have your vehicle ready on the same day. Feel free to book here or give us a call today!

For non-appointment drop-offs, vehicles are worked into the schedule as gaps open up. Often this still only takes us 1 day, depending on the size of the job and parts availability

Please leave your keys in our 24/7 night drop located at our front door.

Our technicians hold Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications. ASE is an internationally recognized institution, which has been certifying technicians since 1972. Certifications range from simple brake service, all the way up to complex automatic transmission rebuilding. See ASE for information regarding the full program.

YES! We will give you a ride home or to work as well as a FREE Valet service.

Yes! 100%. It is a common belief that all maintenance work must be done by the dealership to withhold a vehicle’s warranty. This is not true. Dealerships are required by law to honor your warranty regardless of where the maintenance work was performed. From the Federal Trade Commission:

“…the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which is enforced by the FTC, makes it illegal for manufacturers or dealers to claim that your warranty is void or to deny coverage under your warranty simply because someone other than the dealer did the work.” (FTC.gov, July – 2011)

The only time that we recommend using the dealership is under the one of the following scenarios:

  • Recalls – all federal NHTSA recall work must be performed at dealership at no cost to the customer
  • Warranty – if your vehicle is brand new, dealerships will typically repair major components at no charge until a certain point, typically 36k, 60k, or 100k miles, depending on the manufacturer.

Yes, absolutely. Many of our current clients began their relationship with us by having the basic maintenance oil change performed. This allowed them to get a feel for the integrity and quality of our business without a large repair risk. We would love to start a relationship with you in the same way!

It should be noted that we are a full-service shop. If you are in a rush for an immediate oil change we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we can only warranty parts that we source through our own suppliers and our insurance provider has advised against installing owner supplied parts. As a result, we are unable to install externally-supplied parts.

  1. High Quality. The same type of part can have a wide range of quality options, ranging from high-quality OEM level (i.e. dealer parts) to low-quality, imitation level (i.e. eBay parts). Many parts stores offer this entire spectrum as well, typically designated by the categories of “Good, Better, Best.” All of the parts we offer at Young Automotive, Inc. are of OEM or better quality!
  2. Full Warranty. Parts purchased over-the-counter at parts stores carry a “part cost” warranty. This means that if the part should fail, the store would give you a replacement part over-the-counter. It would then be your responsibility to replace the failed part and complete the labor again. At Young Automotive, Inc., we add a “full replacement cost” warranty to the store’s warranty. This means that if the part fails within 3 years or 36,000 miles, we will cover the repair in FULL, including labor!

YES! We offer pre or post comprehensive inspections. As a licensed car dealership and with our experience selling used, we know what to look for in a safe, reliable vehicle. We can also review the vehicle for any open recalls and/or technical service bulletins. In addition we can sell you a Carfax Report which may show valuable historical information.

We work on all makes and models of vehicles, with the exception of Jaguar, Land Rover, Corvette, Porsche, and other exotic brands (Lotus, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, etc), stolen-recovery vehicles, Motorhomes, and vehicles with modifications (aftermarket suspensions, exhausts, ECM tunes, performance chips, etc). We do NOT install or service aftermarket electric accessories.

Due to the lack of parts and diagnostic information, we can no longer service most vehicles older than 25 years. If your vehicle is older, please give us a call and we can provide you a referral based on your vehicle
