Monday morning, January 27, my car would not start. I had charged the battery with a small charger in my garage the previous day and discovered it would not hold a charge. I called Young Automotive at 9a.m. The battery in my car is a sealed battery that is less common than most car batteries. Jeff checked and said a battery was available. I was able to sufficiently charge the existing battery at home and drive the car to Young Automotive arriving shortly before 10a.m. At 11:30a.m. I was home with a new battery in my car and a checklist of items ranging from lights to tire tread depths (all okay). Timely competent service when timely competent service is needed is always appreciated; the friendly atmosphere makes it a pleasant experience.
